The space

Our dining room seats up to 36 guests, or hosts the same number for a standing cocktail reception. It is warm, intimate, and unmistakably ours, the same room you know from a regular visit, just reserved entirely for you and your guests. Full buyouts are available for lunch service, dinner service, or daytime bookings. There is no room rental fee.

How menus work

Every private event menu is built to fit your group. We offer three formats:

• Lunch: small plates and sandwiches tailored to your headcount and pace
• Dinner: our signature small plates, large plates, and a family-style tasting menu option
• Cocktail reception: passed canapes, bar snacks, and full bar service

Menus are fully customizable. We work with dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergies) with at least 24 hours notice. Beverage pairings, wine flights, and bar packages are available.

How do I book a private event?

Email Naomi, our FOH Manager, at contact@partandparcel.ca with your preferred date, headcount, and event type. We respond within one business day with availability and next steps.

Is there a room rental fee?

No. Our private events come with no room rental fee. You pay for food and beverage only.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We work with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so the kitchen can build appropriate substitutions into your menu.

Do you do off-site catering?

At this time, all private events are hosted in our Quadra Village dining room.
