Drinks at Part and Parcel

Our drinks programme is built the same way as our food: seasonally, thoughtfully, and with a clear point of view. Our wine list focuses on low-intervention producers, with strong representation from British Columbia and natural wine regions beyond. Cocktails are built from BC spirits like Sheringham gin and Odd Society cassis. We also pour a curated selection of BC craft beer and a full non-alcoholic menu, including booze-free Amaretto Sours, spiced hibiscus punch, and Cultured Kombucha.
