Grant and Anna, along with Sterling, were the original dreamers who created Part and Parcel.
The husband & wife team made magic happen in the Quadra Village community; anyone who has enjoyed a meal there over the years can attest to the love, care, passion and commitment they put into everything they do.
Their impact on Part and Parcel and the community created within it will be long-lasting, and there are not words enough to ever thank them for creating such a special place.
Chef de Cuisine Nick’s life long affair with food began as a boy in his grandma’s kitchen. The smells, the secrets, the memories of family and friends coming together led him on a life long career path dedicated to feeding anyone who will venture to eat his food.
His career started at his uncle’s Caribbean restaurant at the young age of thirteen. After getting his bearings and learning to run the shop, he went on to work pizza shops, pubs, and corporate gigs, eventually landing his first head chef position at a French bistro. Looking for more and under the mentorship and advice of chef Chris Pyne he set out to move to the West Coast in 2018. Before landing at Part and Parcel, Nick held positions at The Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino and Olo in Victoria.
With technique, simplicity, traditions, and a little outside the box thinking, Nick hopes to bring you a unique dining experience you can go home smiling about.
